“I have been a customer of Smokeless since roughly 2016. Frequented the Minneapolis store near the UMN campus nearly monthly to restock. Recently while deployed ordered some juice including Cherry Bomb, one of my favorite juices. The bottles changed from the older blue glass to the normal plastic bottles, no biggy. Went to fill up my tank after maybe 5-6 fill ups previous and the end blew off and spilled all over my uniform and boots. Was urked but Smokeless made it right by sending me a another bottle, free of charge. Just now was filling my tank with the new bottle and was very careful to press down on the top of the bottle to make sure it was seated right each time. After I filled half the tank the front blew off again, spilling all over my keyboard.
I love this flavor, I love Smokeless but be wary when filling up. The bottles have a tendency to have the caps blow off even when extreme care is shown.”
Sorry about that Chris. Several months ago we were having an issue with our bottle supplier. There was a manufacturing defect that was affecting about 5% - 10% of all bottles. The problem has been fixed since. Hopefully you haven't experienced this again since you left this review, but if you have, let us know (nathan@shopsmokeless.com) and we'll make it right!
