“I am extremely frustrated and disappointed with the situation I am currently dealing with. It has now been two weeks since I started trying to resolve this issue, and I am still unable to log into your website to file a claim for my missing package, which has still not been located. After spending an entire week working with Canada Post to file a claim, I received a key to the drop box, only to find an Amazon order for a neighbor in place of my Shopville order.
Following this, I was advised to check with my neighbor, and I did return the package that had been mistakenly opened by my wife. However, this has left me with the ongoing issue of my missing package, and so far, your team has not been able to assist in any meaningful way.
I was under the impression that this service would include a signature upon pickup, but clearly, I was mistaken. I never anticipated that this situation would escalate to the point where I lose the package entirely, and I have been tracking it daily, only to be let down further.
I am very upset about this experience and the lack of support. Unfortunately, I can no longer trust this service, and I will NOT BE USING it in the future.”
