He thought this would be an upgrade from my Patagonia Torrentshell, and he was absolutely right: Not only is it great for biking in the rain, with all kinds of thoughtful little biking-specific features; it is actually a better general rain jacket than my old Torrentshell. It has become my go-to for wet weather whether I am on my bike or on foot. Highly recommended!”
“It seems well made and the color is nice. The material feels quality. The On-sale price makes me feel I was a fair deal. The fit is slightly boxy rather than something more athletic. The venting is okay for low intensity like casual walks but isn’t great for much more. Being a little boxy helps a little by allowing for more anir I suppose. Ideally next version would be slightly more athletic cut and another vent at the rear.”
