“My original review was this: At first, I ordered these pants, given the recommendations in sizing, and they were too small. I paid extra for "easy returns", but was still charged another 7 dollars and change to exchange them for a size one step up. The larger size has just arrived, and its WAY too big. Unfortunately, because the item was final sale, I've got no alternative but to keep these pants I will never wear.
My amendment: I was quickly contacted by a representative after posting the above. He was great. The non-refundable deal turned out to be a programming mishap, and the cost of the return an oversight on my part. I loved their quick response and customer care. Five stars for that! Since I never did wear their pants out, unfortunately I can't speak of that.”
