“The on line catalog information concening what the Gen III fits is hard to interpret. As a result the first hood I got was for a leterversion of the coat I have. The associate was very helpful and sent replacement hood very quickly. Additionlly the link up with the USPS web site used to track the order was reporting a delivery date 2 days before the inquiry I made. And at that time the hoods had not been delivered. Again help on thephone was great.”
