“I inquired about a rain hood for my jacket, which is an older model. I received an immediate response indicating that they would modify the current hood to fit my jacket. It arrived in a week! Wonderful customer service!”

“I have been trying to get a hood for a jacket that I purchased a few years ago. The hood was never in stock. I basically gave up trying.....until recently that is! There was a new model hood that was available, but was not compatable with my older jacket. Shari was totally amazing in helping to modify the hood to fit with the jacket I have. If you are comsidering a product from this company, don't hesitate. Great customer service....which is getting harder and harder to find these days.
