“Delivery did not contain the full set of screws , no instructions (not essential but nevertheless would have been helpful) delivery driver left item outside door, signed the delivery documentation themselves & the item was only discovered by chance upon my arrival t my house, somewhat strange delivery procedure. Cheers”

Hi Becky, Thank you for your review. The rail you have is an unfinished or varnished rail. Our rail has had one coat of oil applied. The comment about it being less chunky again isn't true. The rail is listed as being 40 x 40 square and that indeed is what you have had delivered.
