“Finally, we have had the handrail installed, having had to wait for a qualified person to put it up in our old farmhouse. We needed it to extend the one already there, to help my husband negotiate the stairs. It looks good and compliments the one already there, in fact it looks better! The fittings are excellent quality and the end caps give it a smart look. If it wasn't for the fact our walls are made of cob and we don't want to change things unnecessarily, I would have changed the old one too!”

“now my husband is out of hospital I got a carpenter to fix the. handrail. he said that he was unable to secure the end caps .. there were " grooves" inside the end caps but no grooves on the ends of the wooden rail so there was NO WAY TO SECURE THE END CAPS TO THE WOODEN RAIL Please send another wooden rail With "grooves"”
