“Product itself was OK, but the wall plugs provided were too small so we had to go out and buy some larger ones. There was also no guide as to spacing the brackets.”

“Overall a nice handrail but the finish is very poor. At one end there is a ridge, about 1mm deep and 200mm long - it feels like the wood turning wasn’t finished properly. The brackets are adjustable, sort of: you can loosen the screws to adjust the angle but to tighten them you have to let go of everything and therefore they change their alignment immediately. The end caps are just a little bit smaller in diameter than the actual wood. Again, not a massive issue but seems like a lack of care.”

“Rail was delivered on time. Rail and fittings are good quality although one end of the rail was not 'square' and I had to make an adjustment, hence not a better score. Overall I am happy and would use them again.”
