“I ordered 2 stainless steel and beech handrails from SimpleHandrails to enable me to go down the steep outdoor steps to my garden safely and confidently. Unfortunately there was a problem with the delivery of my order. The staff at SimpleHandrails very quickly acknowledged that the rails had gone astray in the delivery and immediately sent a second set of rails which arrived within 3 working days. They have now been installed and look absolutely fabulous in place so now I can descend to my garden safely and with confidence while enjoying the beauty and feel of the handrails. “Prompt delivery, well packaged and quality product. Easy to fit and looks really attractive. An option to have the rails pre coated with a clear varnish would be useful.”

“product is good value for money but could do with instruction sheet. Customer service needs improving as telephone goes into answerphone and backup needs improving to give correct information.”
