“The handrail arrived well packaged and protected however it had around 3-4 small marks with what looked like machining burns or where something left a black mark between 1cm and 2cm long. I had to spend 30-40mins sanding down to get rid of these. I ordered the 2 meter rail and they sent it with 2 wall fixings which are ok but if you're expecting someone to lean heavily on the rail order an extra one, 2 is not enough. Now the rail is on and sanded down with some oil applied it looks great.”

“I am really pleased with my oak handrail which arrived within a few days of ordering. My husband gave it 3 coats of Rustins Danish oil and it looks great. I feel so much safer walking downstairs now.”
