“Great quality, good grade steel. Brackets and rail fit together perfectly and all align bang on. Changed my sizing after putting the order and they amended things no problem. Should have dumped the wooden one years ago!”

“Handrail itself and brackets are what I expected. But packaging had fallen off by the time it arrived; supplied fixings were too small for brackets, ie screw heads smaller than predrilled holes in base plate and supplied wall plugs were of the cheapest type. Fixings were replaced but only arrived after 2nd reminder. Might be worthwhile considering to upgrade quality of wall plugs, given they actually take quite a bit of load and the correct fixings are also quite long.”
