“So we first made an email inquiry as the hand rail was going to be fitted to existing wood upstands on the wall and the centres weren't evenly spaced. As well as that we needed it to be 3.4m long too. So we received a reply which said any centres could be drill to our positions and they would cut overal size to what ee wanted. Also on that email we got a price After a short while i phone to place and order and give centres for them to drill. All went smoothly and the bannister was delivered suitably pack a few days later The bannister is now up and looking amazing”

“It was very good quality but I had to return it as square was not for me looks good and fashionable but could not get to grips with it the girls at the unit was very nice and exchanged it for a round one”
