“The quality of the handrail, for what we paid, is excellent. The only thing to mention is that it would be a good idea to mention, in the description, to make sure that your wall is absolutely straight if you are buying one of the longer lengths. Our 1989-built property seems to have the wall slightly out and it meant that we had to put some packing washers behind two of the fixings to mount the handrail on the wall securely. Just a thought that might be worth mentioning - or possibly sell some stainless steel discs that can be purchased to extend the fixing. You have some extendable fixings but they extend only in one direction, and that was not the way we needed to extend.”

“After buying a 'special' for the garden and being impressed with the quality and service, I went ahead and ordered a 3m rail for the house and the quality, delivery and communication was just as good. I have now had quotes for glass for the patio and will proceed with that when I can.”
