“I was disappointed to discover after the handrail had been installed in accordance with the directions on your website that one of the Dome ends had a small gouge on it which even if Ihad been careless could not have been done by a screwdriver on a carpeted staircase”

“Handrail arrived on time, was easy to fit and looks great. Only concern is securing screws supplied, while stainless steel, are standard PZ2. I am fearful that the new handrail may attract covetous attention and be too easily stolen. I have not as yet been able to locate suitable tamperproof headed S/S screws.”
