“Very prompt delivery with all parts (including a spare wall plug and screw or two) included. Needs care to erect against a slope, to avoid mortar joints between wall bricks, but was done in under 3 hours. Looks excellent.”

“We needed handrails for our outdoor steps leading to the garden. Easy website to use and find what I wanted. Good prices and arrived within a week of ordering. We got 2 of 3.2m handrails in external quality stainless steel. They came in 2 parts which slotted together easily. I glued the joints. Straightforward installation for the DIYer with all screws and rawlings included. The rails are now securely installed, look great and feel great to slide against. I would highly recommend the company and would.use the again thee only thing that would make it even better would be to include the masonry bit!”

“Now we’ve received the correct order all seems Ok However customer service has been poor. Have spoken to your office trying to return the item wrongly delivered still awaiting email with correct address and barcode. This was promised on two occasions today driver came to collect but without correct labelling was unable to accept. Have still not received email as promised. If possible would like to speak to someone on your management team.”
