“We are delighted with our handrail but found it impossible for 2 of us and had to enlist help from our son-in-law. When we attached the brackets to the rail and offered it up to the wall they came loose and this happened 3 times!! We also had to find out the height to set it at and it would have been very useful if you had included a leaflet on fixing!! However it looks lovely and has finished our hall off beautifully.”
