“High quality stylish product which has finished off my staircase perfectly. Needs two people to fit. Had to use a heavier gauge screw than that provided due to wall condition but fit was good. One slight issue was that one of the pre-drilled holes in the rail was slightly askew necessitation adjustment. Initial delivery delay but quickly resolved by Dan Rickman, thank you. I would recommend the quality of this product.”
