“For £100 I expected to get a handrail not a handrail kit. I received a tube of wood and two handles - I could have bought them in a DIY store for £30. Very disappointed and - given that NO INSTRUCTIONS WERE INCLUDED - I don’t know if I’ll ever install this waste of money. What a disappointment.”

Hi Catherine, As a company we are really disappointed with this review. The handrail is described as a kit that is simply put together. All our instructions are listed on the item where you originally purchased. In regards to purchasing in a DIY store your more then welcome for a refund if you return the kit and we will get this put back to your payment method. In the kit, is the highest quality oak on the market. Machined in the UK. Two end caps and two brackets with all the associated screws and plugs etc. You also chose our premium range hence why it is more expensive. If you do want to return the rail please contact us. We haven't had any correspondence off you besides this review so we are totally unaware there was a problem. Simple Handrails
