“Waited in for 2 days after receiving delivery confirmation but no glass turned up. Contacted courier to find glass not collected. Staff failed to check delivery process and then promised to find out information and contact me back but no calls. Eventually arrived 4 days later by separate courier - very poor service provided by people that don’t really care when things go wrong.”
