“This is more a review of the whole system, the glass is fine if cut to the right dimensions. I ordered what i thought would be a like for like upgrade to my landing balustrade. Unfortunately, it was 10cm longer than needed and the height exceeded the previous system by 15 cm. To me the system looks more industrial than a home system should look like and i also have 1 piece of glass that i can't use because the system couldn't be fitted as per the drawing.”

Hi Lee, The whole system was signed off by yourself to a CAD drawing. In this instance SimpleHandrails haven't done anything wrong and it was all manufactured to your drawing/ measurements provided. “A good product but delivery arrangement leave a lot to be desired. Delivery driver looked at my daughter in her dressing gown and told her she had to take the glass panels off the truck if we wanted them!”

“1 of the 10 panes orderd had a chip in the corner, which I was able to put in a position that wasn't to visible”
