“A good product but delivery arrangement leave a lot to be desired. Delivery driver looked at my daughter in her dressing gown and told her she had to take the glass panels off the truck if we wanted them!”

“All sizes delivered when agreed, all sizes look to be spot on to requirement, pallet and stand were well packed from their supplier and well protected. The requirement for a person to help the delivery driver should read 2 people required as the glass is very heavy and difficult to successfully remove from a high flatbed. There was no one else available to help so the driver and I struggled through very carefully. It would be useful if some sort of edge / corner protection were fitted so that the glass could be ut down on the floor safely, but this is more a supplier generated issue and not Simple Handrails but this could be specified.”
