“I requested a fast delivery, due to holiday period delays, and they were able to deliver within a few days - great, really appreciated that! Product looks good and robust. There was a small chip in the paint, but not worth returning. A bit of touch-up paint did the trick. Easy to install, although the supplied screws were way too big for the rawl plugs and the wall it was going on. Not a problem to use my own correctly sized screws,”

“Ordered for an elderly relative and delivered to their address, so I didn't see it, but they report its good quality and very robust. It was quickly put up on day of delivery by their local handy man apparently without any problems. It now gives my relative confidence getting down the outside steps. Slight delay on delivery, possibly Covid related, but the company kept me updated till the delivery. Product arrived as described.”
