“The product looks great value for money with opening it today and as yet would recommend, albeit it's not in place and hasn't had a durability testing etc. My review is 3 stars as unfortunately the courier - which may be out of the companies hands to a degree, left nearly five hundred pounds of product on our doorstep, in a place not designated as a safe place - have this all the time with lazy couriers. The part of the process of buying with this company is the courier element, there was no communication at all with who the courier was, options to suit etc etc. Please update your systems and process quickly for best success.”

“The rail itself was excellent and looks very good now it is installed. The brass brackets were not absoluely identical which meant some juggling to get a sensible sequence. Also there were not fitting instructions with the rail pack which would have been very handy.”
