“The actual colour is lighter than shown in picture. The wood is beautifully straight and smooth and the antique brass fittings were easy to attach. I was impressed by the packaging that prevented any transit damage. I am very pleased with my handrail. Thanks”

“Absolutely superb product. Would highly recommend to anyone. Shame about the delivery. Originally promised for Friday. Stayed in all day. No delivery and no contact to explain. No delivery at the weekend. Finally arrived about 3:00pm on Monday. I appreciate that we are living in extraordinary times, but a phone call on Friday pm would have been nice.”
