“After a false start with delivery on this item and lack of updates... the handrail has arrived and been installed. It looks amazing, stunning and of very good quality. I'm glad I persevered as have had tons of compliments. im happy to give 5* for the product but 3* for customer service.”

“I have not opened up the package yet have to wait for the joiner the fittings and brackets look amazing I’m sure it will outstanding once fitted l will send pictures once it’s in place Thanks merry Christmas”

“The finish of the rail feels slightly rough in places. You have to attach the copper end caps yourself, one of them is loose, and to help it would be good to have pilot holes drilled at either end to ensure that they are flush to the rail. Alternatively the rail could be finished so the copper end could fit snugly on to the rail. Despite being laid flat from when I received the rail it has a kink in it which is still visible.”
