“Just would say three brackets isn’t enough for the size of the handle rail. We ordered another bracket so could put four on. The handrail isn’t dark for saying it’s classed as walnut.”

“Didn't arrive. No one from the Company cotacted me to tell me that they weren't able to fulfill the order so when I contacted them to ask where it was I was told they had no wood and couldn't make it. I then reluctantly changed my order to an oak rail and was promised that this would be with me the next day. Here I am over a week later and still no sign of it. Very very poor service.”
