“The hand rail is lovely , however buying it has not been an easy experience . I order an oak hand rail with antique brass brackets and end stops . When it arrived the brackets didn’t look antique brass but with nothing to compare it with I assumed they were right . We decided to order two extra brackets , not a cheap exercise , when the brackets arrived , these were definitely antique brass , whereas the ones that arrived with the rail are brass completely different , I emailed requesting they send the brackets and end stops that should of come in the order in the antique brass . While waiting for these to arrive we noticed that the 2additional brackets that we had ordered at a cost of £58 are different sizes ! I emailed again ,sending a photo . So far I have received an oak rail with 2 brass brackets and end stops ( which was not what I ordered ) I have now received 2 antique brass brackets and end stops ( which was the original order ) and 2 antique brass brackets in 2 different sizes that I paid extra for and still no sign of at this being put right !! I am still owed 1 antique brass bracket in the same size to match the other 3 !! I have given up emailing ,Iv tried ringing but no one answers ! I would not recommend this company although the product is good ,their customer service is rubbish and I’m now left out of pocket !!”
