“Its a nice handrail. Arrived very well packaged. The only thing I would say is that the handrail, in places, has sharp bumps and large splinters which we have tried to rub down but have ended up having to put wood filler on to try to smooth it out.”

“It was two days late, I found the young lady on the other end of the phone unprofessional! When it did arrive it was warped and been exposed to water so had gone black on the! I emailed them with photos and had no response. The customer was eager to get it fitted because they had a young child so I fitted it the best I could and spent ages trying to sand out the stain. Wouldn’t use this company again. Stuart.”
