“I am disappointed with the product frankly - - All cuts are not 'true' (and poorly finished) and whilst it is accepted that some folk will need to trim the overall length of the handrails, others will not need to, like me (and certainly the 2 ends that connect together should not need to be 're cut' and finished). I now need to re trim all 4 ends to get them looking 'true'. Complete pain. - And can i suggest you dont waste eveyones time sending out rawl plugs which are half the size of what is required! Why???? Overall for the money, a disappointing product.”

“Sadly we were not impressed with our bannister! The screws snapped creating lots of holes in our bannister ( I have pics I can send you) the bannister itself is wonky and badly made for the price we paid for it. Originally we were going to send it back but had already drilled holes in our brand new walls! It’ll do for now but I would like compensation for the damage the screws have caused to my bannister!”

“Wood was of good quality, although would have been happy to pay more for a lacquered finish. The joining pieces however were a little disappointing. They are very difficult to get central, which ends up looking awful once the join is made. Also the middle join does flex a little worryingly. The end caps were both a very loose fit, and needed adhesive to fix.”

“Easy to order on line . Fitted well, nice piece of wood , some printed instructions would have been helpful but we've found them on the web site eventually! Painted it with 3 coats of clear varnish to finish , and looks very nice on the stairs .”
