“This handrail with its brackets (I installed two extra to give an even more secure installation) makes a good-looking and safe help to going up and down the stairs. The only very minor improvement that could be made is for a simple jig to be supplied to centre the end screws to ensure the metal endings and the joining piece are perfectly centred.”

“First class service from ordering to receiving confirmation. The rail was dispatched quickly and arrived within the estimated delivery time. Comms and website great. The walnut rail and stainless fittings are beautiful. Far better than expected based on the low price of the rail. Lovely pieces of walnut and the stainless rail supports and end caps are very well made and really decent thickness of perfectly machined stainless steel. Don’t compare these products to the rubbish sold in the major DIY shops. This is made to last forever. Can’t recommend highly enough.”

“Came very well protected, quality excellent and they cut it to lenght. One little thing that could be improved upon is to provide a centre finder for the screws in the end caps and joiner. This has to be accurate to achieve a perfect finish and a person with lesser knowledge would struggle.”

“Quality of fittings were good and handrail was easy to fit however quality of wood was not as good as expected. I had to have 2 pieces of wood due to length of stairs and one piece was bowed which wasn’t noticed until I had fitted the rail and once the rail was sealed with a clear oil it became apparent the two pieces are vastly different in both colour and pattern. Not happy and will replace at some point.”

“I still haven't put the rail together as I'm waiting for a coating I've ordered - I bought a length requiring two separate halves. Ordering was fine, delivery very quick and the brackets and end caps etc in chrome look very good quality. The two wooden rails, in Walnut, are fine now but I had to work on one - disappointingly someone at the factory had felt the need to use wood filler in the centre of one rail! I presume there was a mark or knot or something and they had masked it with filler! Had they bothered to sand it down it would have been fine but to send it out rough like that was poor! I have now sanded it and although visible I can have it on the underside when fitted so all will be well. It was a shame and I doubt the management at the company have any idea this was done! It is a classy addition to our stairs tho.”

Hi Muhammad , Following our conversation . We didn't realise there was a an issue. We have since tried to rectify. I think the issue is that you have painted the handrail. We send all our walnut rails out unfinished so unfortunately I am not sure what we have done wrong.
