“I am delighted with the tidy finish on the walnut handrails recently purchased from Simple Handrails, together with the associated metalwork to complete the handrails. Whilst their installation is a long way from difficult, I consider that the firm did not do itself justice in the absence of any advice on the full process that should be followed. Each 18" handrail cost nearly £89, a substantial charge, more customer friendliness would yield more sales”

“I purchased 3 lengths of these hand rails, two of them are a completely colour to the other two. This is overall very good quality but I would not recommend joe average buying and trying to put them together. It needs a template to accurately predrill the exact centre of the rail, if you are a fraction of a mm out the ends and connectors don’t fit flush with the wood and cause a rough lip! Also the covers for the wall plates don’t fit snugly they have to be glued on. These take a lot of work to get looking perfect. Would say over priced for what they are!”
