“I’m not displeased with this company although there were issues. The delivery was delayed and i had to let them know this rather than them keeping me informed. The other slight annoyance was there are 4 brackets each with three holes for fitting. I was sent 10 plugs and 10 screws so 2 short. Not a massive problem as my fitter had plenty of them on his van but it would have been really annoying if I’d had to go and buy them myself. He wryly remarked that some people run out of fingers when they’re counting! On the whole the customer service was good once they knew there was a problem. Can’t fault that and the rail is superb. Exactly what I wanted.”
