“This review is regarding the Stainless Steel posts that I bought. They are not level. The amount of packing that was needed was ridiculous. One post was not even circular to the degree that 8 post bases couldn't fit over the top of that posts. Again, the company didn't take responsibility until I went to trading standards. They insist their posts are perfect, when they are not. Upon returning 8 of their posts, they admitted that 3 were not up to scatch. I personally would go elsewhere and I would not recommend this company to anyone. They are cheaper for a reason.”

Hi Elene Haralambous, Thank you for your review. As a company we have done absolutely we can to help you. There was absolutely nothing wrong with any of our products. As a company we would like to defend ourselves as this review is not true at all. You took delivery of your glass and stored it directly on a hot radiator. The glass was always going to pop. As a company we replaced this glass free of charge even though we did absolutely nothing wrong. The posts we swapped for you and found that there was absolutely nothing wrong barring one cover plate that wouldn’t go over. Although it’s not worth the argument this one post could have been damaged in transit or by your fitters. Over the last month, you have screamed and shouted at staff, threatened us with solicitors and tried to blackmail us. We had to send detailed photos of us to use a spirit level to your fitters who was also trying to pack posts on a floor with cardboard. We have tried to explain on numerous times the issue was lying with the builders. You tried to blackmail us for multiple things including £45 for photos. We haven’t had any correspondence off you for two weeks so we imagine this was an extortion exercise and the balustrade fits and looks lovely like all the other projects that we supply. As a good will gesture we also gave you £200 back out of a £1400 order, you have failed to mention this in your review which is also unfair. The way you spoke to staff also resulted in us having an email only approach, so if you do want to contact us further please email and we will gladly help as always. “I bought this and a load of associated components to put together a handrail and guarding for a small staircase. Never used before. I found customer support helpful in supplying spec of components to be able to design the install. I glued together with Loctite 638 as per recommendation. Only snag was the glue sets very slowly, so holding everything in place was tricky, and actually some joints are a bit gappy. Would have been better to preassemble part of the system first so I has less moving parts to deal with. Nice product though and good range of matching parts. All machining done to spec. Would use again.”
