“I ordered a handrail to help my terminally ill husband with the stairs. Delivery was supposed to be 5-10 days and I informed the company about the urgency. Several delivery dates were given and missed, the reason eventually given after chasing them was problems with the powder coating which had to be re-done. I cancelled the order after waiting 17 days as my husband had sadly died meanwhile. The handrail arrived 2 days after cancellation and 3 days after his death. It was left with a neighbour so I could not refuse delivery. I have had several apologies but as of today am still awaiting collection of the now unwanted rail and a refund of the purchase price which was promised. Not sure how this could all be poorer service.”
