“We purchased two long handrails in walnut comprising four poles and two junctions as well as end pieces. All beautifully machined. Apart from delays in production and arriving as part order - two poles came later(promptly) the final installation looks great. We have beeswaxed the walnut and it looks terrific. My only recommendation would be to provide a small jig - a tube of internal diameter similar to outer diameter of pole with an internal piece which positions the location of the pilot hole for final screw fixing exactly dead centre. Even for tradesmen this is a finicky process time consuming process and the smoothness and engineering of the final rail demands dead accuracy. Well pleased with the outcome though.”
