Hi Charlie, Thank you for your review. Like all good companies we take these reviews seriously. Having spoken to our office staff I would like to reply to the review with the following; 1. All goods have been sent. We have signed POD's to say this. As a good will we sent the goods again. DHL have tried to deliver on three occasions and no one has been in to receive delivery. 2. You have requested a refund for your items, we have signed POD's saying that they are indeed delivered. We will not be able to issue a refund for goods that have been signed for and delivered. 3. You have commented that all your components do not fit together and that you have had to pay a welder to do this. All our products are push fit. They require loctite 638 to put together. This is something that you didn't purchase when you ordered your items. On a side note you also ordered weldable baseplate. Which do need welding. 4. Our staff have tried our hardest to help with any issues that you may have. They have been spoken too poorly and in a manor which is not acceptable when they are only trying to do their job. We are here to help and will continue to do so, if you would like to speak to any of the managers here then please feel free.
