“1) Bluetooth module arrived defective. No reply after my first support mail, a generic "did you switch it off and on" after a second mail and only a real reply after a 3rd mail, and even then with factual incorrect statements. Module is now replaced. 2) The skandika fitness app looks like somebody's nephew weekend project. Font is too small (only a third of the screen of a phone is effectively used) and major variables like time per 500m are completely missing. Worse, if you row with a constant 26SPM the SPM indcator will vary wildly and show values rangin between 8 and 120! Again, this with a constant 26SPM. Useless. 3) Quality is... mediocre. Example, the velcro on the footstraps is GLUED, not stiched so after only 1 week of light use the straps are coming undone, glue everywhere. I prefer to buy European but I guess the joke is on me here.”
