.
I was actually in Chalet Saskia - so comfortable, well appointed and brilliantly located for access to the main lift as well as the centre of Vaujany.

Thank you for letting us know the areas we can improve on, very helpful indeed!
Chalet Lucette, and Ski Peak's service there, were excellent. The only downside the we found was with its location. I don't mean the fact that Chalet Lucette is not in Vaujany but in the next village up, since it's no problem taking Ski Peak's efficient minibus down the hill for 2-3 min to Vaujany. What I mean is that the nearest part of the resort (Montfrais, where kids' lessons happen) is rather limited, and it takes a bit of time in the morning to queue for the big telecabine from Vaujany and to get across into Alpe d'Huez proper. No doubt the price reflects this slight inconvenience, though.

Thank you for highlighting the brilliant shuttle service we provide and we appreciate your point here about ski school. Luckily, there will be a new chairlift next year from the bottom of Montfrais all the way to Alpette, the journey time of which will be a mere 10 minutes! This will alleviate nearly all the ski school issues and have you back into the full area in no time... the Vaujany funds are getting well spent on the lift system now!
