Bradco Skid Steer Backhoe Attachment Fixed or Swing
Description
The Bradco Swing Hoe efficiently digs trenches up to 6ft deep and provides excellent mobility for digging footings. Available bucket sizes of 12", 16", 18" and 24" and compatible with optional fixed thumb. Mounts easily on all major skid steer loader brands with universal hitch. The bucket linkage improves bucket breakout force with increased bucket rotation and the stress proof pins provide higher strength with increased wear resistance. The replaceable hardened bushing and greasable fittings on all pivot points reduces maintenance costs. The Bradco Swing Hoe is fully engineered and tested in rigorous real life conditions.CAUTION: Fixed Backhoe or Swing Backhoe attachments alike are not intended to be driven backwards while digging. This operation is extremely hard on the backhoe's bucket coupler parts, pins and the attachment's cylinders. Many customers have reported bending their cylinders or other product failures while exerting the attachment in this way.
What a great addition to the Bradco Backhoe lineup. It adds the swing that a lot of customers rave about, but still allows the operator the luxury of staying in the cab. It's also very cost-effective and affordable.

The description said it would work with a Bobcat, however when it arrived, poorly packed on a shipping crate, the adapter that attaches to the Bobcat was missing and the second harness was damaged. After calling customer service several times, we were told that it didn't come with a Bobcat adapter, although no one could explain why there was half of a second harness included. The customer service rep was either too lazy or too stupid to take care of the problems. We ended up paying another $150 for an adapter sold by Skid Steer Solutions to connect it to our Bobcat. The swing arm function requires switching the control valve each time you want to use it. It would be just as easy to just turn the Bobcat. I would recommend to save your money and just buy one of the cheaper fixed arms.

I think it's a decent backhoe for sure, it showed up as nice as the photos show so obviously the skid steer guys do a nice job with packaging it up for their customers. I do recommend talking to them about buckets so you don't get the wrong size like I did. I'm using mine on a Bobcat T190 and doing some small ditch lines and might dig out a fish pond for my neighbors property next week. Thanks Skid Steer Solutions.
