UA-30 Universal Skid Steer Adapter Plate Description
The Eterra UA-30 Adapter allows you to update your machine to a modern skid steer "quick attach" attachment plate. This is a heavy duty adapter that meets the strength guidelines of the manufacturer's original specifications. By making the rear of the plate flat and open, the customer can weld this plate onto virtually anything. Eterra and Skid Steer Solutions have been selling versions of this product for over a decade. The UA-30 fits most attachments for modern full size skid steer loaders. Please refer to our Will It Fit My Skid Steer page for dimensions and specs on these attachment plates.  Some uses include
Tractors - front and rear mount on the loader or 3-point. Excavators - Add skid steer attachments to your excavator. Just add your own coupler. Older skid steer loaders. Bring your machine up to date. Mini Dozers - Use a skid steer grapple on a dozer. Tele-handlers - Add any skid steer attachment to your arsenal.

The universal mounting plate I ordered from SkidSteer Solutions was very well built. It fully met my expectations and the shipping was incredibly fast. I am 100% satisfied and would have no problem recommending them.

I ordered and received my UA30 adapter for my skid steer quickly from the company. I had it welded onto my quick attach on my skid steer, might have been a mistake but not yet anyway. it works like a charm and i can put my John Deere 4 in 1 bucket on now which would not fit my quick attach, too wide but will fit anything now. i have only had one problem with the adapter on one attachment. when trying to put my forks on the fastening handles are a bit long and hit the back plate or back extension on the forks. it bent the handles just a bit getting it on. they are just a bit too long for putting on the fork lift. they may not hit on all forks but the way mine is made with the backplate of the fork attachment extending up about 4 to 4 1/2 foot to let the load that you have on the forks to ride against. i will probably just see exactly where the handles hit the next time and modify the fork backplate, cutting torch to remove a couple of the squares where it hits. the adapter fits all the attachments tight as a glove. there is not side to side slop at all. when you push the pins down to fasten the attachment, it is not going to move an inch, not even probably 1/2". I am quite pleased with the adapter even though i may have to make a slight adjustment to one of my attachments.

i had previously reviewed this UA30 adapter. it has really solved problems and fits my attachments with very close tolerance without any slop in the attachments after you close your bottom pins. the only thing i have experienced with the adapter, which does not cause a big problem, the handles that pushes the pins down tend to not stay open when you open them back to install your attachment. you can pull them up but always at least one will fall down enough to where the implement wont lock into the attachment so you have to go out on the implement and give the handle a hard jerk to let the attachment seat into the adapter. it needs something to hold them open just long enough and dont have to be made strong at all to hold the handles up till you get your attachment seated then you can push the handles very easy. i sort of cured my problem with a redneck solution. i took 2, 15" black rubber bungee cords, one on each side, as to when i pull up the handles i can hook the bungee cord S hook into the handle and it holds it open without falling back down. i found two points on each side to where i can just leave the cords on the adapter to use every time i change attachments. no losing them if they stay on the adapter. dont put them where they will get pinched though.

Hey Nelson, Super happy to hear from you! We appreciate your business. I believe there is a spring inside the UA-30 with a nut that can be fastened which should make the UA-30 locking pins stay open but it may also make it harder to drop them in. Have a look, I believe you just need a 9/16" wrench (or two). Thanks again for writing a review on the UA-30 Quick Attach Adapter solution. Cheers! -Jorden

the UA30 was the answer to my problems to make my skidsteer fit everything now. the initial problem was that i bought a John Deere 4 in 1 bucket and being an amateur at skidsteer attachments it wouldnt fit....was too wide for my skidsteer quick attach. this adapter corrected the problem.

I used this mount to adapt my Michigan Clark 45 wheel loader (24k lbs) with 70's era quick attach by welding it to a fabricated adaptor. I use it with a 10 foot sectional plow for commercial plow accounts. It has worked outstanding for what I needed it to do.
