Eterra cutters and mowers are equipped with a direct spindle drive system that significantly increases the performance and effectiveness of the attachments. The direct spindle drive system eliminates the need for any additional belts, pulleys, and other components that could contribute to energy loss, thus minimizing downtime and maintenance. With a direct transfer of power from the hydraulic motor to the blades of the Excavator Rotary Brush Cutter, the spindle drive system provides enhanced cutting power and consistency in even the most challenging conditions. All excavator mounted Cyclone 48" Mowers come equipped with 1/2" Flat Face Couplers. The Cyclone 48" Excavator Rotary Brush Cutter is manufactured to work with hydraulic flows between 12 - 45 GPM and has the capability to effortlessly slice through material up to 6" in diameter. The Cyclone utilizes user-friendly removable gates on the front and rear of the cutter, giving the option of removal for heavy brush clearing when you need to, but still easily install them when you want to minimize the amount of material being ejected from the cutter. Select Flow Range
For most excavators, please select based on the flow range listed, and not the MAX flow. Only select based on the MAX flow if your excavator loses auxiliary hydraulic flow when moving the arm. Your flow should NEVER exceed this MAX rating. If you are unsure of your auxiliary flow rating, or whether your machine loses flow when moving the arm, please consult your excavator dealer.
Select Case Drain – 3/8” Flat Face Coupler – Female or Male
Optional for machines flowing 25 GPM and under as long as you are running the mower on a one-way flow/breaker circuit. If this is the case, select NONE. Mandatory for 26+ GPM flow. You cannot select none for flow ranges exceeding 26 GPM.
