You will receive 1 spacer that measures 8" in diameter and 1.5" thick. It will have 6 lugs with studs and chromed nuts. Important Note When installing wheel spacers, you must torque them to 150 ft. lbs., run them for a while and then re-torque them. When they are new, there will be some break-in where the paint wears, the studs seat and the nuts seat into your wheels. If you do not re-torque, you run the risk of the spacers coming loose and damaging the lug nuts and your wheels. This is not covered by any type of warranty.
