Pengo Bolt on Rock Head Kit
Description
The BoRH (Bolt on Rock Head) patented from Pengo provides the ultimate solution for all your drilling applications. Designed to convert a standard aggressor dirt auger into a rock auger. The BoRH eliminates the need for an additional and dedicated rock auger. Featuring innovative wear caps and enlarged shoulders on the teeth for increased wear. When determining the cut diameter needed keep in mind that the cut diameter is 1 1/2" larger than the auger diameter. The BoRH system provides the ultimate solution across a wide variety of soil conditions.
Compatibility with BoRH Attachments
Not Compatible with non Pengo Augers
With augers made with a one-piece cast auger head. The head acts as the tooth and pilot mounting platform.
The height of the new pilot is 2-1/2". If the dimension is 1-1/2" then the auger head may not work well with the BoRH attachment.
A compatible 1 piece auger head will have a cast auger head, The lettering will have the auger diameter followed by a "AR". If your auger does not have those markings, then the Auger Head may not work well with the BoRH attachment.

“I bought this bolt on setup for my three point auger to make it easier to get through hard and rocky Arkansas ground. It grinds right through most of the rock and hard ground I have had to dig in. This setup works for a tractor supply auger if you have a welder, a grinder, and an hour. I checked my measurements and such before I bought it to make sure it was doable. Up to the point of buying this I was welding rebar teeth onto my auger just to get it to try to dig. I love the replaceable teeth. This has greatly improved my ability to set posts faster. The only thing that could make it better is if they could make some teeth for it that can cut through tree roots for when you get into that situation.”
