“It was shipped on 1-21-16 and was last seen in Oklahoma City, OK on 1-26-16. Still no updates. I understand weather has been an issue in the South East, we didn't get any snow in Central Ohio so I don't understand the delay. But, I'm giving it another day. Still can't wait. I'm really looking forward to getting them. Just impatient.”

I'm not sure why you would give us a 1 star rating when we shipped your order the same day and due to the weather post office is off by one day UPDATE. We received an email the following day from Keith and here is what he wrote: "Thanks for getting back with me. I apologize for the unfair review. I was frustrated with post office and let it affect my review. As Murphy's law would have it, my rings showed up the next day. They exceeded all expectations as usual. The ring band itself could be it's own ring. Thanks again for the great products and if you would send out another survey, I'll give a proper review. A continued customer, Keith" No problem Keith we're just glad the order arrived and thanks for the updated email.
