“Not happy. Ordered one time time and got free piece of jewelry so placed another order and was told would get another free piece of jewelry but never got emailed several times about and was told never got emails and when someone did respond they said there was a problem with software and I was never suppose to get a free piece even though when I ordered it showed I would and got several emails showing I was getting it and then when asked about it was told they sent me a email saying I wouldn't but couldn't actually show me date and time email was sent they couldn't actually forward me the email they just typed out what the email supposedly said so was asked to be removed from email list and even went in and unsubscribe to emails but yet still receiving I feel they should have honored what was told to me because hubs actually wanted more things from site along with some friends”

I am very sorry you are upset at this especially after we spoke on the phone. Again the promo was if you spent $99 or more (after any and all discounts) you would get a free $89 motorcycle chain bracelet. While you did have over $99 in your cart YOU CHOSE to use a discount code which took the cart total UNDER $99.
