Manual Small Scraper Reviews

3.3 Rating 4 Reviews
Read Slice, Inc. Reviews

This smaller version of Slice’s original manual scraper uses a narrower, thinner blade and is intended for tight spaces and small surfaces. While most people prefer a straight-edge blade (like Slice® 10524 or 10525 blades), this handy tool is also compatible with the serrated 10523 blade. All blade options are finger-friendly® and last up to 11x longer than metal blades. In addition, these 100 percent zirconium oxide blades are non-sparking, non-conductive, non-magnetic, and will never rust. The durable glass-filled nylon handle features a textured slider for comfort. Blade locks in place when in use and retracts fully afterwards for safety.

We are required to use ceramic blade tools to replace regular ones due to safety requirements. I already had the expectation that they just won't be as sharp as the metal blade ones. But I didn't understand the purpose of putting lock switches on these scrapers while nothing was locked.

I use this scraper on my glass stove top instead of my blue handled scraper that rusted. When I apply some force with my thumb against the edge of the handle, it peels off burned on messes from boiled over potato water!

The plastic encasing and locking devise is so flimsy. It doesn’t work when scraping off anything. The lock pops out and the blade tilts sideways and was useless.

Hi Jill. Thank you so much for taking your time to review our products. May I ask what you are trying to scrape? This tool is best for small uses around the house or office. For your uses, the #10591 Manual Utility Scraper may be better suited as this handle is more durable than the Manual Mini Scraper!
