“I ordered prescription sunglasses on a Friday afternoon but realized I had ordered the wrong size. Called Smith support when they opened Monday morning, was told I could not change the order but could return thr order when received. Once received 3 weeks later the receipt said no returns…so I have the wrong sized frames now and got the wrong information from your support..”

“On my initial order I made a mistake by accidentally ordering the Lowdown Slim in prescription sunglasses which was a bit narrow for my face/head. After numerous visits to my optical shop to get the original frames to fit - I contacted customer service, and they promptly issued a return authorization. I then placed an order the the original Lowdown 2 with in the Matt Tortoise frame with the Chromapop Bronze Mirror, and absolutely love the fit and clarity!”
