“Glasses were in a stretched / extended position straight out of the box such that the glasses weren’t even close to fitting over my ears. Had to take them to a local store for fitting which temporarily solved the problem. Local store said the frames shouldn’t have been sent out when they were obviously stuck in a very open position.
2 weeks later the frame has returned to the stretched out position and is constantly slipping off face which will require a second trip for fitting and adjustment.”
“The glasses themselves are stylish and look great. A big concern for me was that even with the thin and light lenses at my prescription level, the thickness of the lenses caused the arms to splay outward. Which caused the width of the glasses to be such that they were too big for my face.
My experience working with Smith to address this issue was fantastic. A customer rep named Zach T was absolutely magnificent in his customer service and genuine effort to help find a solution to my problem. My advice to Smith would be to have some information on how stronger prescriptions could influence fit, and add some general info on what type of glasses fit which types of faces best. Say you have a thin and long face, or a short and broad face, etc.”
