“I had a warranty issue with an old set of glasses. They were issues when the glasses were shipped. Ended up at the wrong address. The staff at Smith was incredibly helpful and getting the issue resolved quickly. I’m totally satisfied with my new low downs.”
“I had previously purchased the special edition Lowdown 2 X North Obsidian. Unfortunately, the sunglasses were stolen and I decided to replace them with the standard Lowdown 2. I must say this is the first pair of Smith's that I've really been disappointed in the quality. The lens quality is great, but the frame quality is horrible. The frame ear pieces don't sit even when sat on a table and they just feel cheap.”
